'08 F150 4WD Supercab in steel grey. No frills XLT model, it has tow package, 6.5' bed, the larger 5.4L V8 and some chrome bits including wheels (IDKLOL). It was a former fleet vehicle, spray in bedliner needs to be touched up, will probably need tires before winter, but the preferred rubber that handles snow and summer well is just $650 a set, so no big deal there, plus I don't have to buy winter rubber for the Mustang now, which would've been at least $1250 including wheels. All in all a very fair deal. Body's straight, and it runs, turns, stops, accelerates well. Can't ask for much more.

Could've found a "nicer" trim package at the price in an '04-'06 F150, but a) it's a truck, and b) would've had more miles and would be older, and those are vanity items. I figure this buys me a little more value when we go to sell, as does the fact that I bought it from Carmax. As a friend says, it's all about the delta between buy and sell price.

Let the home improvement begin.
