Oh well. It's a poorly written clusterfuck that nobody read and they lied and bribed a bunch of Dixiecrats to pass it, it's going to be expensive, and well, now we're stuck with it.
I know it's a flawed plan but I'm curious to see what can be amended about it now that it is place.
