I can't believe the amount of butthurt there (no pun intended). Ladies, teach your daughters how to check if the toilet seat is up before they blindly plop down into the bowl without looking. Apparently this skill is difficult to obtain in later life. 
Also, "please try to remember to put the seat down, that would be a nice favor for you to do for me" would get them a fuck of a lot further than "IT BELONGS IN THE *DOWN* POSITION *JUST BECAUSE* WHAT ARE YOU AN ANIMAL DO YOU LIVE IN A BARN?!?!?!?!?!?"
