Early in a relationship theres no reason for a woman to know if you've had a vasectomy, just like she has no obligation to disclose if she can't have kids for some reason. You're not planning a baby at that stage, so you might as well avoid the accident.

After the first few dates/weeks/whatever, if there's a possibility of long term, then yes, you should absolutely disclose it, as should she. But for a one night stand or on a first date? Fuck no.
