...well, it's more comfortable to work on, for a start, and I'm not going to knock hunks out of it like I would (and have) my concrete. Also safer to work on (non-skid). Also a selling point for the house. Minor maybe, but then it's a minor amount of money. Biggest reason is the 'cool' factor for sure, but like I said... it'll encourage me to clean out the GD garage at last.
