A: He's an illegal alien. This has been proven. He single-handedly pulled the wool over the head of the State Department. That's a scandal.
2: He benefited (or not) from some sort of illegal (or not) real estate deal with a shady (or not) person for obvious personal gain (or not). That's a scandal.
iii: He painstakingly sifted through applicants for stimulus money looking for a good place to best lose $535 mil. Of course, he even sucked at that because they didn't even fail for the reasons he expected, rather because Chinese corporations funded by the Chinese government to flood the market with cheap and subsidized solar panels actually led to their failure. Attempted scandal that scandaled accidentally for another reason.
0x4: He said that if he had a son he'd be a lanky black kid similar in appearance to a kid who was shot someplace. The 100% completely logical, no jumping to conclusions whatsoever conclusion that one should jump to from that is that he's a horrible race baiter. If that's not a scandal, it should be.
0b100: The media, scholars and the intellectual "elite" are attempting to spin the very obviously easy decision to send a strike force into Pakistan, risking a potentially catastrophic international situation, on the 40% chance that they'd find Bin Laden as a "difficult" choice when anyone with half a brain could tell you anyone else would make that decision between rounds of Words With Friends. SCANDAL!
