I'm not sure I'd bother with the autorun at all. The steps required to get to a CD or USB drive blind wouldn't be that hard, especially if you had a copy of said OS that you could look at for reference.

In win7 it'd just be:

Ctrl-Esc (or windows key),
: [enter]
Down key (puts you on the second item, if there is one, or first item if there's only one)
Up/down to correct item
Enter

Pretty sure the steps would be the same for XP except you'd need to use WinKey+R instead for the first step.
